Model Builder (entry)
Job Description: Seeking model builders with the ability to work quickly and precisely on study and presentation models as part of a design team. Auto Cad proficiency is a plus for project support.
Project Manager (entry)
Job Description: Assist Project Managers and others with planning, design and construction projects.
Responsibilties include:- Supervising construction sites, conduct site investigations, and perform field measurements.
- Create AutoCAD and Photoshop drawings for various fit study and academic design projects.
- Formulate budgets and produce scopes of work for various campus renovation projects.
- Attend client, in-house, and capital project meetings Assist in managing capital projects in the areas of engineering, architecture, and landscaping design.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, follow-through and punctuality.
Marketing Assistant (entry to intermediate)
Job Description: Tasks will include assembling proposals and qualification packages for prospective clients, creating interview/PowerPoint presentations, preparing design award and publication submissions, and helping with direct-mail campaigns. Ongoing administrative tasks include updating promotional materials, general filing, maintaining a directory of digital images, scanning photos, and database entry. Other assignments such as gathering information on projects offer an opportunity to work directly with principals and architects in the firm. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to work on all different types of projects and someone who will take the initiative to do more. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
Architecture Design Assistant-Residential (intermediate level)
Job Description: We need someone bright and self-motivated to assist on a variety of residential projects with general CAD drafting, model making (computer and/or hand), measuring existing conditions for projects, and general office administrative and marketing tasks.
Desirable Qualifications: AutoCad Computer experience, some previous office experience with architects, a willingness to learn and assist in a team atmosphere. A sense of humor is a major asset along with professionalism.
Architecture Design Assistant-Commercial Large Office (advanced level)
Job Description: We seek enthusiastic self-starters at the senior designer/drafter level with solid design, technical and organizational skills and knowledge of AutoCAD 2000 and Architectural Desktop to join our retail rollout profit center. A desire to work on retail projects as well as several prior co-op positions working on rollout retail or interiors projects are required. Must have prior architecture office experience!
Architecture Design Assistant-Commercial Small Office (advanced level)
Job Description: Our ideal candidate will have previous architectural office experience, including drafting, rendering skills, digital and physical modeling experience and some exposure to building systems and technology. The successful candidate will benefit from broad exposure to a small, 10 person architectural office where everyone participates in most phases of project work. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Architectural drafting, 3-D rendering, Model making, on site surveying and research. Potential candidates must have an interest in being part of a small but growing business and be willing to undertake diverse responsibilities. Candidates must have very strong organizational skills, precise work habits, and the ability to work independently.
